Patricipants will learn about district resources to support graduation requirements for students with disabilities. They will have work time with experts to complete their school's Accreditation Plan for the Transition Readiness Capstone Portfolio (formerly the Capstone Portfolio through Work Experience). This session is designed specifically for staff who were unable to attend the Summer Graduation Requirements PD on August 8.
